This LNG project is emerging as a future leader in the global LNG industry as it works to develop an LNG facility on the Afungi peninsula in Cabo Delgado province. With approximately 75 trillion cubic feet of recoverable natural gas discovered in the Offshore Area 1, the LNG Project represents an extraordinary opportunity to meet increasing world demand for a sustainable, reliable and cleaner source of energy.
This project is a combine of large-scale projects with Onshore and Offshore project developments.
The job holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising The Surf T&I CFT package of the LNG project.
Contract engineering activities for Construction projects, from FEED to EPC contracts.
Potential tasks in function of missions:
Contract preparation (ITT and Contract drafting)
Issue of the Invitation To Tender
Management of clarifications and qualifications with bidders
Assistance in the preparation of the Technical Recommendation Report and the Recommendation to Award
Preparation of final contract documents
Follow-up of the contract
To manage and administrate all activities related to Upstream Surf contracts
To organize, manage and control the related activities to Contract management
To liaise with all TEPMA1 entities such as operational entities, legal, insurance, accounting and cost control and other portions of the Project where interfaces exist
Ensure that all activities are performed within a quality and cost-effective manner
To promote improvement of Contracts and Procurement process, controlling the implementation of contractual terms
To create a competitive and transparent atmosphere in Contracts and Procurement processes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– Professional Experience (years): +15
– Level / Diploma: Engineer or equivalent
– Previous experience in major Construction Projects.
– Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. A working knowledge of French (written and spoken) would be advantageous.
– Good communication, management, and interpersonal skills
