This position exists up to the completion of the development phase including Project close-out. The project management and central controls teams will be based in Paris and the package teams will primarily be based in engineering and site locations in Houston, Milan, London and Mozambique (Maputo & Afungi) during this phase.
The position holder shall be responsible for project related reporting, managing the project obligations and assisting with the development and updating of project governance documents.
The job holder will perform this work in accordance with Corporate, TEP Mozambique and Project rules, guidelines and procedures.

Overall responsibility including:

  • SharePoint administration for project sites including keeping team groups updated and automated emails.
  • Project Obligation tracker (add/edit obligations, add agreements, manage links to repository)
  • Prepare weekly report and issue for review.  Manage SharePoint site for collection of weekly report from teams.
  • Prepare Partner weekly report
  • Prepare Monthly Performance Slides – manage team and SharePoint site to prepare Monthly Performance material.
  • Prepare Summary Monthly Report
  • Prepare Annual Report based on summary monthly reports.
  • Project Calendar – obtain input from team and manage SharePoint site
  • Assist in supporting document collection and preparation of quarterly Lender’s report.
  • Support Project Governance activities as required. 
  • Promote and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility. participate in project digitalization to promote efficiencies, synergies, and simplification and provide the necessary checks, approval functions for invoices submitted, in accordance with Contracts, Project & Company procedures, Sarbanes & Oxley requirements and DoA.
  • The job holder will have to liaise actively with Project Management and related Package and Line Managers for the performance of the above duties.
  • Ensure, in conjunction with project HSE department, that all deep-water based scope of work activities is performed in compliance with a high regard to Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements.
  • Ensure that the flexibles and reel-lay scope of work activities are performed in compliance with a high regard to Quality Assurance and Control.

In September 2019, a few months after project FID, the client acquired Anadarko’s operating share (26.5%) of MozLNG Area 1 alongside several Partners from Japan, India and Thailand, and the Mozambiquan National Oil company, ENH. This is the first operated development of the client in Mozambique.

The position activities will be performed in close collaboration and coordination with the Project Management. The job holder will play an essential role in ensuring the project team is kept fully aware and deadlines are met for all project, internal and external reporting.


  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management eh okor similar
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in major oil and gas projects
  • Required Skills /Certifications:
  • Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience
  • Excellent organizational ability, commitment to meeting deadlines, strong communication skills. Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to diverse international teams, affiliates, HQ, etc.
  • Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office software and SharePoint. Knowledge of Omega 365 tools a plus.
