ACTIVITIES:
- Provide assistance and training on the use of C&P tools and contribute to maintain knowledge of C&P tools
- Ensure SAP support for ACT population
- Interface with UNISUP team (Finance) about all issues, requests, development on SAP, WEBI
- SAP MM lead user within the affiliate
- Assistance to the affiliate in definition of solutions and developments related to SAP MM and C&P tools (example: Agora, E-sourcing, Sequana…)
- Test and adaptation to SAP MM and C&P tools before deliveries to the affiliate
- Monitoring and reporting related to the progress of work related to SAP MM and C&P tools in the affiliate
- Adaptation of SAP MM and C&P tools procedure
- Animate training/refreshment of C&P tools for buyers
- Provide support to suppliers for connection to C&P tools (E-sourcing, Sequana)
- Ensure regular SAP quality controls to limit backlog and organize cleansing operations
- Contribute to Company Snapshot deliverable with using Spend analytics tool of HQ
- Contribution to the development of solution, evolution required to answer to local need
- Delivery of SAP and C&P tools extractions and report on demand to support and assist
- Planning and Reporting activities
- Control the consistency of changes made on other SAP modules (link to other Business:
- Operations, Logistics, Maintenance, Finance, Controlling, HR…) or external applications with
- C&P requirements by participating in activities and meeting affecting the functionality of all
- C&P tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BAC+3
- High level of SAP/MM expertise
- Strong Microsoft Office, specially: Excel
- Language: Mandatory (Portuguese, English) and Nice-to-have (French)
