Position: Project HR Admin & Logistics assistance

Location: PAU, France or work from home
Status: Part time (4 days per week)
Starting date: 01/11/2022

Activities

  • Update the mobilization/demobilization plan and organization charts on a weekly basis
  • Ensure HR documents are signed and archived (Manpower Requests, Purchase Orders, Mobilization/Demobilization Requests, Monthly activity Reports, Service Interruption Requests…)
  • Update HR templates and forms as directed
  • Assist in the preparation of HR statistics, reporting and presentation
  • Liaise with Project Assistant for newcomers onboarding (IT, badge, access)
  • Collect documentation and liaise with Affiliates HR for logistics and immigration purpose (assignments and missions)
  • Follow-up engineer certifications in Papua New Guinea
  • Prepare and dispatch the Newcomers welcome booklet and welcoming documentation (confidentiality undertaking and the like)
  • Assist and follow-up the training of personnel as required by the Project
  • Assist in collecting and archiving TAS Agencies technical and commercial proposals
  • Create TAS POs in SAP
  • Administer TAS Pos as directed
  • Follow-up personnel HSE requirements (medical certificates, trainings)
  • Assists in Human Resources and Administration as directed

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Languages: English writing mandatory
  • Professional Experience: 10 years
  • Experience within project: Experience in Oil & Gas Project Requested
